Description :  Situated in Crescent Lakes our privately owned luxury pool villa was built in 2001 and has three bedrooms and a larger than normal pool. As the name suggests Crescent Lakes is has a large number of lakes wihch are stocked with fish and you are welcome to fish them we are also in an enormous conservation area with lots of wild life to see, community consists of residential and rental properties and is a quiet relaxed area but close enough to all the Olando and local attractions, local golf courses and lots of fishing to make a superb vacation base. The villa is all on one level and is fully air conditioned has a fully equiped kitchen/Dining area with all cooking utensils and crockery, ther e is also a large washing mashine and a tumble dryer, ample bed linen and towels are also supplied. A breakfast bar seperates the kitchen area from the living area wich has cable TV ,CD, video and high speed Wi-Fi internet. also there are two sofas and lots of room to relax. The patio door leads to the pool area,two more doors lead to the pool , 1 from the master bedroom and one from the bath / shower for Nos 2and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has cable TV, a large walk-in wardrobe and an en suite washroom and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and shares the seperate Bathroom/shower with the third bedroom which has 2 single beds. The pool is fully screened and is larger than normal with milti coloured underwater lights, Heating is avaliable at extra cost. We have a local management company who keep our villa to a very high tandard and they can bee contacted at any time during your stay if help is needed concerning any aspect of the villa.

Amenities :  The community consists of residential and rental properties and is a superb area to base a vacation. We are 10 minuets from Disney, 5 minutes from a Wal-Mart and many local restaurants and attractions. The villa is all on one level and has a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with all cooking utensils and crockery, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer, ample bed linen and towels are also supplied. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living area which has cable T.V free high speed internetand radio router, a DVD and CD player, we have two Sofas for you to relax on and there is a patio door to the pool, two more doors to the pool go from the master bedroom and bedrooms 2/ 3 shared washroom. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en suite washroom bedrooms 2and 3 have built in wardrobes all 3 bedrooms have dressers. All rooms have ceiling fans fitted and the two smaller bedrooms hve new furniture in 2006 The pool is fully screened and is south facing, with a covered area for shade. Heating is optional at extra cost. We also have a local manager who keeps our villa to very high standards and is available To you for anything concerning the villa
