Built in 2001, our villa is furnished to a high standard in Floridan style and includes air conditioning, central heating, cable TV, DVD and VCR. Located in Oak Island Cove, it features 2 King size master bedrooms, both with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms with seperate bathroom.

Amenities :  Tropical Retreat is a fully air-conditioned, single level, home from home. It is beautifully decorated with the 2 twin bedrooms themed for younger guests. The villa is spacious throughout and well maintained. From the moment you arrive and park your car on the spacious driveway, you will be greeted with tropical palm trees and beautiful gardens. The villa also boasts a double garage with a remote control door. The lounge is classical with a 3-piece suite, one piece of which is a sofa bed, ceiling fan and spotlights. There is a television with DVD & VCR, along with a selection of films and board games for your enjoyment. The shaped, private swimming pool is heated and screened, with a waterfall feature. There is a large patio area with luxury pool furniture and a covered lanai.

Attraction :  Oak Island Cove is a premier development, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and within easy access to the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets on Highway 192. Just a 2 minute drive from the villa you will find a shopping complex which includes, restaurants such as TGI Fridays, Outback Steakhouse and Carrabbas Italian Restaurant. There is also a supermarket and various shops including a chemist and beauty salon. Oak Island Cove is also one of the closest residential communities to the magical Walt Disney World complex. It is just 2.5 miles, an easy 5-minute drive to the Magic Kingdom. When visiting Disney your ticket allows you to enter any of the Disney Parks as often as you wish throughout the day. Staying in Oak Island Cove will allow you the opportunity to return to the villa for a refreshing swim and re-enter Disney in the evening for a meal or to catch one of the breathtaking shows or displays. Nearby attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios; Islands of Adventure and Downtown Disney, all of which are but a short car journey away. Other activities include Bass fishing in one of the many beautiful lakes and rivers in and around the Orlando area, there are many excellent golf courses in the surrounding area, which cater for all ages and abilities.
