Description :  Our 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Luxury Florida Villa sleeps 8 people (10 with the double sofabed). It has an upgraded 30ft by 15ft private pool plus a top-of-the-range Hot Spring Spa and extended pool deck. It is located on THE premier 5* gated community in the Disney area Windsor Palms. Our home is set in a peaceful and tranquil location yet only 3.5 miles from Disney (yes - just 5 mins drive!), with every possible resort style amenity at your disposal. Compare our price with the cost of staying in a hotel - renting with us means you get 5* luxury accommodation at 2/3*Hotel prices! Renting our home gives you automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities. A 24-hour gated entrance provides security and the resort has a shuttle service to the main theme parks (small charge for shuttle service). Less than a 2 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and plenty of choice for dining out, including TGI Friday’s, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Key W Kools, Red Lobster, and many others.

Amenities :  Our property is furnished and equipped to a high standard. We have 4 bedrooms, including 2 Master en-suites which make it perfect for 2 families sharing. One Master has a King size bed, with a Queen size bed in the second Master room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, and share a further full bathroom. Master Bed One has a TV and Video/DVD, Master Bed 2 has a 27" TV and DVD player, with both of the twin rooms also having TV's. The lounge overlooks the pool and deck area and features a 42" Hi-Definition Plasma TV (with Cable), DVD Player, Hi Fi CD Player, as well as a Playstation 2 console and an X-Box 360 with games for the children (or the young at heart!). There is also a wireless hi-speed internet access point, offering free internet access for the duration of your stay for those who have their own laptop computer. The telephone permits free local calls, with a facility for credit card calls elsewhere. We have also provided a selection of family Board Games and some childrens videos.

Attraction :  Windsor Palms is a premier location which offers fast and easy access to the major Theme Parks – Disney World is quite literally no more than a 5 minute drive. I-4 is also within easy reach offering access to the Gulf Coast and Busch Gardens in Tampa, which are about an hour’s drive, as well as Sea World and Universal Studios, which are about 15-20 minutes drive. The Atlantic Coast and Kennedy Space Center are about 45 minutes drive. An abundant supply of restaurants and shops can be found on Highway 192, which is less than a mile from the villa.
