Amenities : This fully A/C, 4 Bed/2 Bath Villa has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for extra comfort. The Master Bedroom boasts views over the Lake and Conservation area. It has a King-size Bed, TV, DVD, huge walk in wardrobe and ensuite, comprising of twin vanities with hollywood spotlights, Roman-style bath, shower and separate wc. The other Double Bedroom has a Queen-size Bed, dresser, fitted wardrobe and TV and DVD. Both Twins (one which is Disney themed for our younger guests!) have fitted wardrobes and dressers. There is also a Family Bathroom with vanity, enriched with hollywood spotlights, shower and wc.
The Living Room is an ideal place to unwind after a busy day at Disney.
The Family Room, with patio doors leading to the pool, has Cable TV, DVD and Hi-Fi System. Plus CD library, books and boardgames.
The Dining Room is big enough for the whole family to gather for those special occasions.
There is also a Breakfast Area which leads to the fully equipped Kitchen – with every appliance, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, huge Fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice-maker, and Waste Disposal.
Also a Laundry Area with Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing-board.
Not forgetting the 30ft pool. Luxury furnished with padded chairs, loungers, table and adjustable parasol. Overlooking the Lake and Conservation Area, the pool has underwater lighting and the patio illuminates at night. Ideal for al-fresco dining and those late outdoor drinks!

Attraction : Our villa is situated in the beautiful community of Eagle Pointe. Peace and tranquillity yet just a 10 minute drive from the main entrance to Disney, and only 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios. A multitude of Golf Courses and Orlando's
many other attractions are within easy reach.
The US Highway 192, is the main highway through Kissimmee itself. Along and around it you will find things to see, places to eat, an abundance of shops, restaurants and entertainment. It also takes you to the Orange Blossom Trail which leads to the largest shopping mall in Orlando, the Florida Mall. For all your shopping needs the villa is only 5 minutes from WALMART .
The Atlantic coast - Coco Beach, Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona Beach etc. are just over one hour away.
The Gulf coast - Tampa, Clearwater and Busch Gardens etc. are less than two hours away. |
