Description :  Our luxury executive private family villa is located on the 'Bass Lakes Estate', which is a small high class development with a wooded conservation area as its backdrop. Just a short walk away from the restaurants and shops including a 24 hour Wal-Mart for all your food and gift shopping at local prices.

You can play bar football in the play room or let your children spend as much time as they like in the heated south facing pool.

Attraction :  We think the villa is ideally located to visit all the fantastic nearby tourist attractions including Disney World itself (just over a ten minute drive). The villa is situated in a quiet, secluded cul-de-sac yet it is also within walking distance of local attractions. So if you are getting bored of driving everywhere why not take the palm tree lined walk ways to the local Pioneer center, adventure golf, air boat rides, Go Karts restaurants, night entertainment (famous medieval times), or just shop at the super sized Walmart shopping centre. In the unlikely event that you will find the time to feel home sick, there are even British pubs close by. Alternatively you can take your children horse riding at the nearby Horse World Riding Stables. or you could even see the Friday night Kissimmee Rodeo one junction east along the 192 Highway. Golf courses ranked amongst the best in America are also close to the Villa.
