Description :  Royal Palm Villa is located in Sunset Lakes in Kissimmee, Florida. Sunset Lakes is a private gated community 5 miles west of Walt Disney World. It is situated close to Highway 192, only 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Local amenities are only 3 to 4 minutes away with supermarkets, shops and a fantastic selection of restaurants. A great choice for families - cots and highchairs can be provided for younger children at a small extra cost. Play Station 2 is available for older children. There is a television in every room. There are two double bedrooms (one king and one queen) and two twin bedrooms.

Amenities :  The villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps eight people. it has a south facing screened pool with spa overlooking a conservation area. The villa is all on one level comprising lounge, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with single beds, separate bathroom and kitchen / dining area. There is a large two car garage. All kitchen, cooking utensils are provided as well as all linen. There is a television in the lounge and each bedroom. The villa is fully air conditioned and pool heating is available if required (at extra cost). There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The villa is non-smoking and unfortunately pets are not allowed. The property comfortably sleeps 8 but 10 can be accommodate using the sleeper sofa in the lounge.

Attraction :  Walt Disney World is only five miles (10 minutes) from the villa and nearby is Interstate 4 with convenient access to Universal Studios, Sea World and one hour from Kennedy Space Centre.
