Description :  Welcome to our Florida Vacation home. Our home provides a standard of furnishing and amenities that rival those found in an upscale hotel. You will find luxury touches such as pillow top mattresses, high pressure multi setting showers, wide screen HDTV's, DVD players and I pod/MP3 docks throughout the house.

Amenities :  The house features a large open plan living area with a seperate dining room and a newly remodelled lounge/family room offering brand new furniture and state of the art entertainment with widescreen 37'cable LCD HDTV, DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities and appliances including a large fridge/freezer with that all important ice maker!. We even provide a blender for any budding mixologists!. The kitchen also features a raised breakfast bar area with bar stools There are two master bedrooms. Both have been luxuriously upgraded and feature brand new HDTV's, HDDVD players and Ipod/MP3 docking systems. They also feature "posturepedic" pillow top mattresses, comforters and 320 count white cotton sheets. The 1st master also has private access to the pool deck and offers a huge wallk in closet. Both master bedrooms offer en suite access to private master bathrooms which feature twin "his and hers" vanities. The first master bathroom benefits from a large oval tub and huge separate walk in shower. The second also offers full bath and shower facilities. Both have just been fitted with oversized Multi position massaging showers The third and fourth bedrooms have also been completely remodelled and offer brand new carpet, furniture and luxury bedding. These bedrooms offer direct access to a third full bathroom with walk in shower which again has just been upgraded with an oversized multi setting massaging shower. Bedroom three also features a cable TV. For al fresco dining we have a large outside table under a covered and lit Lanai, complete with a ceiling fan. A large brand new gas grill (BBQ)is provided for your use to make the most of your evening. There is ample seating for a large family as well as a selection of recliners and sunbeds for those lazy days by the pool. This property is graded as Executive standard, meaning that it offers facilities and furnishings to rival those found at a luxury hotel. There are many similar sized properties in the Orlando/Kissimmee area but only a handfull achieve this grading. Our objective is to provide every amenity for our guests and as such we are constantly updating the property to ensure that we meet and exceed every expectation. **** Just added is a BRAND NEW GAMES ROOM!. This features a pool table, full size table tennis table, assorted board games and a playstation2/DVD console set up to a large flatscreen TV.

Attraction :  Sunset Lakes is a small and quiet gated community located just three miles south of Disney. The community boasts a large lake with boat dock, community swimming pool amd childrens play area. Sunset Lakes is as close as you can get to Disney, so close you can watch the fireworks from your pool deck in the evening or return home in the middle of the day for a break from the action. Disney Parks: 3-5 miles / 5-15 minutes (depending on park) Sea World: 6 miles / 15 minutes Uuniversal Studios: 9 miles / 20 minutes Kennedy Space centre / Busch Gardens: 50 miles / 55 minutes Beaches (both coasts): 60 miles / 60-90 minutes Numerous golf courses within 15 minutes drive. In addition there is a large number of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
