When entering the living room you will be greeted by a superbly fitted and decorated modern room which is bathed in the Florida sunshine through the large patio doors which lead directly to the heated screened swimming pool.
The swimming pool has a very large deck/patio area for relaxing and sunbathing on the sun lounges supplied. Also, with being such a large area, outdoor chairs and table with umbrella are provided for those relaxing breakfasts on the warm Floridian mornings.
The large swimming pool goes from a paddling area to a maximum depth of 5ft, the whole area is enclosed by fine mesh screening allowing the sunrays in while keeping the bugs out.
Coming back into the house to the left and right of the living room are the 3 beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom is comprised of a queen-size bed, bedside tables, lamps, storage drawers etc. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet that can cater to as much clothing as you can bring with you. Attached to the bedroom is the ensuite. This large bathroom area has walk-in shower with power nozzles, toilet, washbasin, top lit vanity mirror and power outlets. The two other bedrooms have two single beds each, and are separated by a bathroom, with a tub/shower combination, toilet, washbasin and top lit vanity mirror with power outlets. |
