Amenities : Furnished as a luxury executive home, it is surround by a landscaped effect so it is not overlooked, south facing means the sun is captured for the greatest amount of time. There’s nothing like returning from a day at the parks, to enjoy the pool and spa with the last moments of the day’s sun. The community is comprised entirely of detached villas. The entire area is immaculate and the overall impression is one of space, beauty and tranquility. The whole house is air-conditioned. It can sleep up to eight people in two double bedrooms(Super Kingsize & Queen), two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has cable TV and VCR with an en-suite bathroom, separate shower,bath, his and her sinks, separate WC and a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has patio doors to allow direct access to the swimming pool. All other bedrooms have cable TVs, large built-in wardrobes , providing ample space to store your clothes. The unusual feature not seen in many homes, is the bedrooms are split two on one side and two on the other. A double and twin bedroom split. This arrangement allows for two families to live on each side of the home and not have to share any of the facilities. As there is another bathroom for these two rooms. The first thing that strikes you when you walk into the villa is how spacious it is. With high vaulted ceilings and a split floor plan, the living area has two three seater settees, a large TV and VCR is accompanied by a DVD Player with films and Nintendo GamesCube console with games. Large Patio doors give direct access to the pool area. The dining room is separated from the living room by an arched ornate column feature. The fully-fitted kitchen incorporates all the modern appliances that you would expect to find in a home of this quality. Oven Cooker with Built-in Microwave extractor system, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are supplied in the multitude. A separate room houses the laundry, equipped with an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Clean bed linen and towels are provided by the Management Company. Steps lead into the pool with a convenient handrail. The pool area is completely enclosed with a screen to provide protection from Florida’s insect population. A sun deck contains sun loungers for those who wish to top up there tans. The patio faces south and therefore in the sun all day long, but a lanai area exists equipped with a table and chairs for people who wish to be out of the suns rays. The sun keeps the pool warm in all but the coldest weeks of winter, additional pool heating is provided for those weeks at a modest additional cost. All doors that have access to the pool area have child alarms to alert you that the doors have been opened. Hot Tub/Spa/Jacuzzi with free heat.
